Punjabi Wadi or Wadiyan as they are commonly called are sun-dried dumplings which are usually mildly spiced and deliciously flavored. They are made from lentils or pulses and are commonplace in Punjabi households.

Chef Sunny Kalra holds over 35 years of culinary experience. He is one of the most celebrated legends of the F&B industry in Nashik. He graduated from IHMCT Dadar in 1984 and worked with leading 5-star hotels before starting Kalra’s, a homegrown restaurant and catering company.
