Bhuna Chicken.

Chicken Bhuna Masala is a North Indian dish in which chicken is cooked in a sauce with entire spices that have been toasted. It’s a tough spicy dish that’s normally served with a light gravy with roasted entire spices visible on the plate. Other flavour notes include onions, tomatoes, garlic, and ginger, as well as powdered spices and curd, which are used to marinade the chicken.

 

Ingredients:

For marinating:-

  • Chicken 250-300 gram
  • Salt 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Carom powder 1 tbsp
  • Mint chutney 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 15 ml

 

For curry:-

  • Refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp
  • Clarified butter (ghee) 3 tbsp
  • Chopped onions 200 gram
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 150 gram
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Rajwadi garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli paste 2 tbsp
  • Sliced green chilli 3-4 nos
  • Chicken masala 2 tbsp
  • Curd 2 cup
  • Coriander¬†
  • Water 100 ml
