Bread Roll.

These bread rolls have a flavorful, sour spiced mashed potato interior and are crunchy and delicious. If you have leftover boiled potatoes, bread rolls are a delightful Indian snack that can be made quickly. This bread roll can be produced as an evening snack or a kid’s after-school snack.

You can bake or air fried them if deep frying isn’t your thing. Even if they aren’t as crispy as a deep-fried bread roll, they will still be wonderful.
