Egg Curry.

Eggs are a great source of protein and may be used in a variety of meals. Egg Masala Curry is one such meal, in which boiled eggs are simply cooked in a spicy masala curry. It has a great tart tomato flavour that is complimented by the flavours and aromas of the spices employed. When you don’t feel like making intricate meals but still want to have a delicious, delightful meal for supper, you can always take leftover eggs from breakfast or a party and put them in a curry.
