Fish Goan Curry.

Ingredients:

For marinating:-

  • Indo pacific king mackerel (Surmai fish) 2 slices
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

 

For curry:-

  • Refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp
  • Onion paste 5 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • Cloves 2-3 nos
  • Fenugreek seeds ½ tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli 3-4 nos
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Kokum amsul 1-2 nos
  • Tamarind puree 1 cup
  • Fish curry masala 3 tbsp
