Malai Kofta is a classic North Indian dish that originated from the Mughlai cuisine. This is a very common dish in restaurants. Malai Kofta is a tasty vegetarian alternative. 

It goes extremely well with naan or Jeera rice.

Kofta:-

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potato 4 nos.
  • Cottage cheese 100 gram 
  • All purpose flour 1 tbsp 
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Carom seed (ajwain) ½ tbsp
  • Chopped green chilli 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1 tbsp
  • Coriander ½ tbsp

For Curry:-

Ingredients:  

  • Refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp 
  • Clarified butter (cow ghee) 1 tbsp
  • Onion paste 200 gram
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp 
  • Chopped green chilli 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2 cup
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Kitchen king masala 1 tbsp
  • Cashew paste 3 tbsp
  • Fenugreek leaves (kasturi methi) 1 tbsp
  • Water 150 ml
  • Fresh cream ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
