Subz Kadhai.

Veg kadai, also known as Subz kadai, is a tasty Indian vegetarian dish made with a variety of vegetables cooked in a spicy stew spiced with a specific kadai masala.

Ingredients:

  • Refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp
  • Salted butter 10 gram
  • Chopped potato 200 gram
  • Chopped cauliflower 200 gram
  • French beans 200 gram
  • Carrot 200 gram

  • Cloves 4-5 nos
  • Bay leaves 3-4 nos
  • Kashmiri red chilli 2-3 nos
  • Chopped onion 200 gram
  • Garlic cloves 7-8 nos
  • Shredded coconut 100 gram
  • Ginger 10 gram
  • Sliced tomatoes 2 nos
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Rajwadi garam masala 2 tbsp

  • Chopped paneer 100 gram
  • Lemon juice 10 ml
