Veg Cutlet.

Vegetable Cutlet is a crisp outside and soft inside Indian potato snack made with mashed potatoes and green veggies. When served with a variety of spicy, sweet, and sour dips/chutneys such as green mint chutney and tamarind chutney, this stomach-filling, mildly spicy, and crispy Indian cutlet is irresistibly wonderful.

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup chopped carrot
  • ¼ cup chopped french beans
  • 1 cup chopped potatoes
  • ½ cup fresh green peas
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 green chili
  • 2 garlic cloves 
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon Coriander Powder 
  • ½ teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • salt as required

 

For crumb coating:

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons water
  • ⅓ cup breadcrumbs 

 

For frying:-

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons oil
