Ingredients:

For preparing stuffing:-

  • Refined sunflower oil 10 ml
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilli 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seed 1 tbsp
  • Hing powder 1 tbsp
  • Potatoes (boiled & smashed) 1 cup
  • Salt 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder Ā½ tbsp
  • Cumin powder 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 10 ml
  • Rajwadi garam masala 2 tbsp
  • CorianderĀ 
  • Tamarind Chutney 2 tbsp
  • Mint chutney 1 tbsp

 

For dough:-

  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Carom seed (ajwain) 1 tbsp
  • Water

 

For shallow fry:-

  • All Purpose flour
  • Refined sunflower oil 20 ml

 

For Stuffing:-

  • Chopped onion 3 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilli 1 tbsp
  • Mint Chutney 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind chutney 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala 1 tbsp
  • Cheese
  • Coriander
