Ingredients:

For Vegetable gravy:-

  • Chopped Potato 200 gram
  • Chopped Onion 200 gram
  • Chopped cauliflower 200 gram
  • Chopped capsicum 1 nos
  • Green peas 100 gram
  • Carrot 50 gram
  • Sliced tomato 50 gram
  • French beans 200 gram
  • Ginger 10 gram
  • Green chilli ½ tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Sahi biryani masala 1 tbsp
  • Curd ½ cup
  • Refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp
  • Clarified butter (ghee) 1 tbsp

 

For rice:-

  • Basmati rice 2 cup
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Cinnamon stick 1 inch
  • Cloves ½ tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

 

For garnishing:-

  • Mint leaves
  • Coriander
  • Saffron soaked in milk
  • Caramalised onions
